Why are gas prices so high?
Imagine this…
One beautiful morning you leave your house, and instead of getting into the car and driving to the office, you put your briefcase into your bike basket, roll up your pant legs and ride to work. No traffic jams, no light signals, isn’t it beautiful?..
Of course, visiting your relatives in another State or abroad on Christmas Eve would be a bit problematic, unless you can afford to spend a fortune on airplane tickets - but you still can call them anyways!..
Wake up, people!
Has it never crossed your mind that in as little as 5-10 years, this could be your future, and everyone else’s?
Not only for everyone in the US and Canada, but worldwide as well?
Well if you hadn’t pondered that yet, you are now where I was only last year before I watched this movie that literally opened my eyes on the issue.
In fact I was so shocked by the movie; I felt the need to share it with people who care about not just our future, but our children’s future too.
This world we live in has a big thirst for oil. It keeps us moving in our cars, planes, trains, and influences our lives in many more ways than we could ever imagine.
Statistics show, the average household has 2+ cars with Americans driving around 2.5 trillion miles per year in autos (which would equal to 14,000 round trips to the Sun)! With the increasing population and new technology, people all want the luxury of a car, whereas back in the 70’s, only a few wealthy countries had citizens that owned cars.
Do you still have doubts about what the war in Iraq was and still is all about?
While I had heard the rumors before, NOW it is a FACT for me – it was ALL about OIL! This movie explains it in detail.
For example, do you know that throughout history wars HAVE been fought over oil. (I didn’t know that before I saw the movie, I thought this was only a recent event). And guess where on our mother is the only place where you can find oil?
Did you say the Middle East????
Today, 82% of Americans believe the Government has no conscious policy on gas price regulations, so when the US runs out of oil, the question is, will the US go in by force and take the oil from these countries even if they don’t agree to give it to them?
What kind of car do you drive?
Are you driving a Hummer to show off?
Do you own a SUV because everyone in your neighborhood does?
Hate to tell you this, but if you’ve just said “yes” to driving a Hummer or SUV, it is YOU who is carelessly contributing to the future of No cars, no planes, no trains, and biking everywhere we have to go even in the dead of winter.
I am NOT trying to scare you, rather I’m trying to wake you up a little. This problem has been ignored for so long, it’s too late now. Why? Because oil isn’t produced naturally. If you still need more proof, get the movie and discover it for yourself.
Possible consequences of having no oil?
Experts say this may bring in another deep depression worse than it was back in the 1920’s!
So are you ready to put your car into the garage and go back to using the horse and buggy?
Looks like it’s not long before you do.
